He is survived by: his wife Danita L. Elsey-Milbourne; his children, Kevin M. Milbourne Jr. (Yvonna) and Krystin D. Milbourne; his grandson Kevin M. Milbourne III; his siblings, William E. Milbourne Jr. (Nancy), Lionel E. Milbourne Sr. (Sharon), Marlin L. Milbourne Sr. (Sh-Keer), Martin L. Milbourne, Marva Y. Milbourne, Rhonda Milbourne, Myra L. Washington (Mark), Erica L.
