She is survived by: her mother Barbara Annette Hamilton; her boyfriend Robert Lemons; her son Ryan Del Mundo; her father Raymond Hamilton; her sister Louise; her brother-in-law Jeff Pierson; and her niece Senna Camarillo.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Arch Street Meeting House (320 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19106). A celebration of Lisa's life will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 2–5 p. m. at the Arch Street Meeting House (320 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106).
