She is survived by: her mother Ruthann Locuson; her husband Jerry Prouse; her children, Jerry Prouse, Jr. (Dana) and Lisa Duffield (Charles); her siblings, Terry Butler and Samuel Locuson, Jr. (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Jase Duffield, Trevor Prouse, Zane Duffield, Reed Duffield and Cali Duffield. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
