He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Mae Doss and Criswell Harper; his siblings, Joyce Doss, Barbara Jean Pegues, Ruby Haqq, Robert Doss Jr. and Thomas Harper Doss; and his sister-in-law Olive Doss.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Cotto; his grandchildren, Trinity, Quasym and Marocko Cotto; his siblings, Dorothy M. Hall Somerset (late Charles), Ruthie Mack Cedarville (John), Vaughn Doss (Beatrice) and Kenneth Doss Sicklerville (Loretta); and his brother-in-law Lester Pegues. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and additional extended family.
