He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Berkley and Lily Mae Heath; his wife Ann Heath (Ayars); his daughters, Lori Williams and Tammy Morris; his grandchildren, William Phillip Ortiz, Katelan Williams, Daniel Williams, Danica Morris and Autumn Knipe; and his great grandchildren, Mavis Wiiliams, Mizuri Jeffcoat and Kayden Williams. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and various relatives.
