He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sebastian and Margaret Sebastian. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynn Sebastian; his children, Chelsea Dotey (Kyle) and Tyler Sebastian; and his sisters, Vera DuBois, Antoinette Sviderskis (Al), Mary Morge, Annie Hagerman (Bruce) and Donna Striefler (Marty). He is also survived by extended family, friends, former coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charlie's memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
