We bid farewell to James Madison Horton Jr. of Bridgewater, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 8, 2026 at the age of 92. James Madison touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Parker and James Horton, Sr.; his wife Beverly; his daughter Cyndi; and his grandson Ryan.

He is survived by: his son James Horton III (Lisa); his grandchildren, James Horton IV (Morgan), Shepard Lowell (Aliza), Kaitlin Werner (Eric), Emily Eskow (Huey), Hunter Horton and Kevin Holt; and his great grandchildren, Cara, Kelsea, Rylie, Reagan and Theodore.
