With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John H. Reimer Jr. (Bridgewater, New Jersey), born in Harvey, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Reimer, and John H. Reimer, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Charles (Barbara) and Patricia; his children, J. Mark (Karen), Stephen (Hannah), Peter, Scott (Melissa), James (Jessica), Christina, Elizabeth (Michael) and Michelle; and his grandchildren, William, Emily, Marguerite, Josiah, Sam, Jacob, Max, Adi, Daniel, Jonathan, Benjamin, Sophia, Katie, Allison, Charles, Abigail and Oliver.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Bridgewater United Methodist Church (651 Country Club Rd, Bridgewater, NJ 08807). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Somerset Hills Memorial Park (95 Mt Airy Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, CASA of New Jersey, or a local community garden in John's name.
