The passing of Leona Galvacky (Bridgewater, New Jersey) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 3, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George (Frances Liwonchuk) and Bridgewater-Raritan; and her sister Sonya Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Galvacky; her sister Elaine Amndola (Louis); and her in-laws, Cynthia O'Connor (Thomas), Patricia Richards, Theresa Kamont (Thomas) and James Galvacky (Tammy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bridgewater Funeral Home (707 E Main St, Bridgewater, NJ 08807). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Shelter and Adoption Center or a St. Huberts location near you.
