He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred (Joseph Baccaro) and NJ. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Rampichini; his children, Leonard Jr. (Samantha), Richard (Merryl) and Andrea (Michael); his grandchildren, Andrew, Valerie, Ashley, Gianna, Michael, Jessica and James; his sister Geraldine Pisapia (Edward); his sister-in-law Dorothy Baccaro; and his brothers, Joseph and Ronald.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
