She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Kocis Chilensky and Frank Chilensky; her husband William Hlusko Jr.; and her siblings, Agnes Chilensky Morris (Grace Chilensky Bender), Paul Chilensky (Frank Chilensky Jr.), Mary Chilensky (Edward Chilensky) and David Chilensky (John Chilensky).
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Hlusko Celinski (Thomas Celinski) of Acton, CA and William F Hlusko of Bridgewater, NJ; her granddaughter Lauren Celinski Prangley (Christopher Prangley); her great grandchild Hudson of Los Angeles, CA; and her grandson Brett T. Celinski of Acton, CA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
