It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Hagman of Bridgewater, New Jersey, born in Weymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Hagman and Samantha Hagman. He is survived by: his wife Emily Hagman of Bridgewater; his son Max Hagman of Bridgewater; his siblings, Glenn Hagman of Nashua, NH and Kristen Hagman of Weymouth, MA; and his pets, Autumn, Nigel and Hannah.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Matthew's name may be made to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center.
