He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Fine Klein. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn Anderson, Linda Klein and Leslie Chatzinoff; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Chatzinoff, Jill Chatzinoff, Joelle Grant, Gregory Chatzinoff, Russell Nitzberg and Amanda Myers.
