He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore I. Smith and Helen M. Smith; and his wife Diana Smith. He is survived by: his children, Edward R. Smith (Susan) and Mary Louise Smith (Scott Hasko); his brother Theodore H. Smith; and his grandchildren, Daisy, Holly, Sabrina, Lloyd, Vivian and Olivia. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial (234 W Washington Ave, Washington, NJ 07882). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Musconetcong Valley Cemetery (78 Valley Rd, Hampton, NJ 08827).
