He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kollmyer and Ann Kollmyer; and his wife Kathleen Kollmyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Davidson (Christopher) and Tara Kollmyer (Michael Tolomeo); and his grandsons, Ethan and Aaron Hopper.
