It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel J. Faiello in Bridgewater, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sophie Faiello; his daughter Kathy Scuorzo (Frank); his sister Anita Emerick; his grandsons, Nicholas (Jessica) and Andrew (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Easton and Ridge.

Donations can be made to Martinsville Rescue Squad or St. Jude Children Hospital.

“Sammy and his parents Andy and Lu, were our family's former neighbours in Union, NJ. Sammy was very kind to me when i was a boy growing up across the street from him on Caldwell Ave. and always took the time to talk with me, advise me and guide me at times when i really needed it, and I will always be grateful. He suggested the Westfield YMCA to me, after which I was a member for over 40 years. People today still remember him there. Sammy and his family were the best neighbours . Richard Pisz”
