She was predeceased by : her husband Theodore Peter Carpluk Sr.; and her grandson Theodore Peter Carpluk IV. She is survived by : her sons, Theodore Peter Carpluk III, Robert Carpluk (Karen Ann Carpluk) and Andrew Carpluk; and her granddaughter Kimberly (Nicholas Farina).
