He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen (Bazela) and Klement Simek. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Simek; his sons, Mitchell (Kathy), Brad (Fran), Scott (Lisa), Lance (Laura) and Clint (Amy); his grandchildren, Brian (Renee), Brett (Bridget), Samantha, Jennifer (Danny), Kevin, Luke and Ariella; and his great grandchildren, Shep and Aiden.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) in Klement's honor.
