With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine J. Stanley of Brielle, New Jersey, born in Oceanside, New York, who passed away on May 2, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Schanck and Olga Schanck (Rascius); and her siblings, Kathy Wennerberg and James Schanck. She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Alison Stanley (William Worfolk) of Rumson, NJ and Christopher Stanley (Cristina) of Fair Haven, NJ.; her grandchildren, Will, Conrad, Wes, Ford and Winnie; and her brother John Schanck (Laura) of Madison, NJ.

In honor of Lorraine, a gourmet cook who found joy in serving others, memorial donations may be made to Fulfill Food Pantry (https://fulfillnj.org) of Monmouth County, St. Vincent DePaul Society.
