With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Matthew Bauer of Brielle, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Matthew left this world on December 10, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bauer and Regina Bauer; and his sister Maribeth Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Bauer of Brielle; his children, Korrie Bauer and Ryan Bauer; his stepsons, Garrett Terlizzi and Henry Terlizzi; his siblings, Mark Bauer (Debbie) of Smyrna, GA, Mike Bauer (Brenda) of Hardeeville, SC, Joe Bauer (Erika) and Jennifer Campo (Vinny) of Pompton Plains, NJ; and his brother-in-law Malcolm Williams of Bethlehem, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Orender Family Home For Funerals (2643 Old Bridge Rd, Manasquan, NJ 08736). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Denis Church (90 Union Ave, Manasquan, NJ 08736).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Catholic Relief Services.
