He is survived by: his wife Mary Levy of Brielle; his children, Kimberly Carlile (Patrick) of Gladstone, Tiffany Anshelewitz (Stephen) of Millstone, David Levy of Holmdel and Jaclyn Carattini of Brielle; and his grandchildren, Madison, Olivia and Elle Carlile.
