She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Lukoff and Stella Lukoff (Lesczcynski); and her husband Thomas A. Smaldore. She is survived by : her children, Dr. Stephen G. Smaldore (Kellie) and Dr. Sharon Kolnik (John); her grandchildren, John Thomas (Maria), Devin, Anthony, John Paul, Thomas and Alyssa; her great grandchildren, Waylon and Belva; and her sister Donna McArdle (Thomas Taylor).
