He was predeceased by : his father Charles "Chuck" Worthington. He is survived by : his wife Kristine Worthington (Hagen); his mother Margaret "Peggy" Worthington of Brigantine; his sisters, Margaret "Meg" Worthington (Douglas Browne), Patricia Shotzbarger (George), Theresa (Terry), Fleming (James) and Susan Worthington; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen McFadden (Joseph), Carolyn DeVaul and James (Ann Bergan). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 9 grand nieces and nephews.
