He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen (Stockman); and his parents, Harry E. Benchoff, Sr. and Mary Benchoff (Sharchuk). He is survived by: his children, Kimberle Viggiano (Mike), Karyn Benchoff and Christopher Benchoff (Lori); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Colin, Ryan, Caitlin, Dylan, Christian (Marrina) and Karleigh; and his great grandchildren, Leo and Eva.
