He is survived by : his significant other Roseann Rosa; his children, Christina Roman (Rafael), Jamie Foster (Jack) and James Bell Jr. Jim; his siblings, Kathleen Wineland (Bill), Terry Kromenacker (Ron), Donna Bell, Joseph (Denise), Bill (Trish), Michael (Erika) and Robert (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Arianna, Brianna, Karlie, Blake and Eva.
