He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ford Biddle and Helen Comly Biddle. He is survived by: his wife Lois Young Biddle; and his children, James Jr. (Jane), Lynn Biddle and Ann Alker. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
