She was predeceased by : her parents, Philip J. Carucci and Phyllis Southard Allen. She is survived by : her children, Phyllis Fairfield Miller (Robert) of Hockessin, DE, Joanna Fairfield of Brigantine, NJ and Stephen Fairfield, Jr. (Carly) of Landenberg, PA; her grandchildren, Daniel Fairfield, Elle Fairfield, Brooke Fairfield, Olivia Fairfield, Stephen Fairfield III, Rhett Fairfield and Scarlett Fairfield; and her sisters, Jeanne Havrilla and Ethel Carucci.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis' memory to the Wounded Warrior Project or your local animal charity.
