He is survived by: his children, Thomas "TJ" Moynihan III (Nicole) and Hope Moynihan; his grandchildren, Angelo and Marli Moynihan; his niece Liz Ebinger; his nephew Stephen Holzman; his pet Taino; Cristina Luna, Norine Moynihan, Kathleen Bujan, Carole Johnson, Patricia Venefro and Xena Moynihan.
