He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Hoffman (Culbert) and William "Lefty" Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Beth Morris (Chris), Barbara Autuore (Ralph), Christine Alcantara and William Hoffman (Amy); his grandchildren, Dana, Emily, Kyle, Andrew, Will, Molly, Matt and Sienna; and his great grandchild Charlotte.
