He was predeceased by : his son John, Jr. (Terri); and his mother Mary Jane Von Aschen (Kintigh). He is survived by : his daughter Kimberly; his granddaughter Brieanna Kaufman (Gian Quirante); and his children, Brian "Scotty" (Dawn), Joesph Kaufman (Chrissy) and Julia Southall (Jamie). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
