He is survived by: his father Norman Williams Sr. Norman; his wife Sylvia Williams; his children, Ivory Williams, Avery Williams-Picott, Emery Williams-Picott, Marsha Figaro and Candance Figaro Luk (Justin Luk); his grandchildren, Marcus, Jannessa, Tristan, Ethan, Elijah, Riley and Kobe; and his siblings, Norma Troutman (Johnnie Troutman), Cynthia Williams and Jason Jones (Breyn Jones). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Ann's Church (22 Trenton Rd, Browns Mills, NJ 08015). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
