He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Mikulas; his sister Carol Montgomery of Columbus, NJ; his aunt Eileen Mikulas of Florida; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Joyce Straw of Texas; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Yager of Texas and Andrea Work of South Carolina; and his aunt Joan Rizzuto of Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
