He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Bishop Jasper Taylor; his children, Tymika Hicks, William, Yoshiterah, Meiyoko, Medicishi and Tosheriah Taylor; his wife Bettye Taylor (McGriff); his siblings, Clara Murphy, Dorothy Coker, Linwood Taylor, Thomas Taylor, Wanda Lewis, Donnell Taylor and Lisa Taylor; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Boyd, Barbara McRae, Willis McGriff, David McGriff, Genoa Williams, Ethel McGriff, Sally McCollough and Herman McGriff. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins Relatives.
