He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Longstreet and Sarah Longstreet; and his siblings, Ronnie and Diane. He is survived by: his son Jeremy John Longstreet; his granddaughter Jennifer Louise Slater; his nephews, Walter, Chris, Ronnie and John; and his niece Barbie.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to St. Jude's hospital or Shriner's Children.
