He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Battista, Jason Battista, Jacqueline DiJoseph and Jaimee Smith; his mother Judith Battista; his siblings-in-law, Robert DiJoseph, Robert Smith and Sharon Battista; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony DiJoseph, Lucia DiJoseph, Jackson Barrie, Kayla Barrie and Riley Battista.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
