She was predeceased by: her father Nicholas Levari Sr.; her brother Daniel Levari Sr.; her brother-in-law Tom Willett; Tino Martinez. She is survived by: her mother Doris Levari (D'Ottavio); her children, Daniel DeKlerk and Andrea DeKlerk; her grandchildren, Jayden, Ava and Karis; her siblings, Richard Levari (Diedre), Steve Levari Pam (Ann Cantoni), Lisa Willett, Nicholas Levari (Sharen) and Brian Levari (Suzanne); and her sister-in-law Maryann Levari. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, beloved cousins, friends and loving friends.
