She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sexton and Irene Sexton; her daughter Jacqueline Marie McConomy; and her husband Rich Meredith. She is survived by: her sister Catherine M. Meredith; and her sibling's children, Denise, Ricky, Scott and Jeff.
