With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Simmons of Burlington Township, New Jersey, born in Burlington, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 27, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mildred departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mildred may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mildred leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Simmons; and her brothers, Andrew, Frank and Glenn Sandusky. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Alta Sandusky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
