He was predeceased by : his father Arnold Fox. He is survived by : his wife Christina; his sons, Michael and Eric; his daughters-in-law, Alice and Regina; his grandchildren, Michael, Jacquelyne and Alexandrea; his mother Thelma Fox; and his siblings, Marcie Fox and Howard Fox. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Bill's contributions to the community he lived in were honored in 2017 with a Joint Legislative Resolution by Senator Allen and Assemblymen Conaway and Singleton.
