She was predeceased by: her former husband John Adams; her husband Daniel Mandolesi; her granddaughter Elisabeth Costantini; and her siblings, Matthew, Joseph, Tony, Vince, Rose and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Costantini (Joseph); her grandchildren, Stacy Lanish and Nicholas Costantini; and her great grandchild Christian Costantini. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
