She was predeceased by: her husband Mayor Emeritus Herman T. Costello; her children, Mark and Sandra; her parents, Mable S. Cook (Herd) and William W. Cook; and her siblings, Carolyn E. Cook Mc Carthy, William W., Leroy, D. W. Cook (Shot) and Eleanor Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her son-in-law Paul Michell; her grandchildren, Alison and Trevor Michell; and her sister-in-law Dot Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
