He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera "Kiki" Cutry (Joe) and George Schultz Sr. (Fran); and his brother Joseph Cutry Jr. (Anne). He is survived by: his wife Miki Schultz; his children, Stephanie Aubrey (John), Elizabeth Forcellini (Guido), George Schultz III (Ashley) and Michael Schultz (Abby); his grandchildren, Rebecca Forcellini (Dave), Tyler Aubrey, Abigail Schultz (Olivia), Brooke Forcellini, Nicholas Aubrey, Jackson Schultz, Zachary Aubrey, Natalie Schultz, Olivia Schultz, Andrew Forcellini and Matthew Schultz; and his siblings, Louise Capri (Allen), Barbara Schultz, Sherri Cutrie (Arlene) and Paul Schultz (Terri). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in loving memory of George Schultz to the Greenwood House Foundation, which provided compassionate care and support.
