Douglas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Sr. Lambert and Irma Lambert; and his brothers, Greg and Mike Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Kavalla Lambert; his children, Stephanie DeRosa (Mike), Suzanne Ruckel (Raymond), Carolyn DeTorres (George) and Kenneth L; his grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Stephen, Jennifer, Raymond of Brooke, RJ, Christian, George Jr. and Sadie; his sister Cindy Siegel (Bob); and his sister-in-law Karen Lambert. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. (100 Franklin Ave, Pearl River, NY 10965). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Church (115 W Central Ave, Pearl River, NY 10965).
