We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Margaret H. Hansen (Butler, New Jersey), born in Brooklyn, New York. She is survived by: her sons, John (Mary) and Paul (Wendy); her grandchildren, Jim (Meredith), Jack, Steven, Maggie Cooney, Sam and Nora Hansen; her great grandchild Charlie; her children, Steven and Annemarie Cooney; her brother Jay Wilson; the father of her children John Sr. Each; and also Mike Cooney.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home (1012 Valley Rd, Gillette, NJ 07933). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church (250 Bebout Ave, Stirling, NJ 07980). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (145 Mt Airy Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920).
