With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ofm Patrick E Fereday (Butler, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ofm is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ofm's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas; his sister-in-law Sharon Fereday of Waterloo, Iowa.; his nephews, Christopher Fereday (Megan) of Iowa, Charles Fereday (late Angela Lefler) of Iowa and Andrew Fereday (Ann Marie) of Iowa; and also Patrick.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony RC Church (65 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ 07405). A Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (106 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ 07405).
