He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie; his siblings, Doris Philhower and Thomas Philhower (Jean); his sister-in-law Marianne Santorelli (Al); his children, Cheryl Gillick (John), Jill Giordano (Robert), Jennifer Cuevas (Carlos), James Philhower (Jeana), William Shea Jr. (Kristen), Tara Wramage (Thomas) and Joseph Philhower (Monique); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Anthony, Vincent Giordano, Matthew, Jessica Cuevas, James, Josephine Philhower, Jack, Emma Shea, Chase Wramage, Kai and Kruz Philhower; and his aunt Shirley. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 3 great-nephews, 2 great-nieces and countless beloved cousins.
