He was predeceased by: his father Jack Cohen. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Cohen (Tomoko) and Joshua Cohen; his granddaughter Emma Cohen; his sisters, Fern Schrenell and Cindy Davis; his nieces, Hillary and Jessica; and his former wife Rhanda Kramer.
