He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Starnone (Brady); and his sibling Tullio Starnone. He is survived by: his daughter Donna J. Pannullo; his grandchildren, Dana and Kimberly Pannullo; his great grandchildren, Gia Donna and Tyler; his sister Rosemarie Heady (late William); and his nephews, Stephen and David Heady.
