He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Eric Godleski, Kevin Godleski and Kristin Vinzce; his grandchildren, Aubreigh Godleski, Couper Godleski, Madison Carothers, Rachel Wood, Karissa Vinzce and Alexa Vinzce; his great-grandparent Paul; his stepgrandchildren, Marissa Donnelly and Thomas Gordon; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Adara Donnelly, Owen Donnelly, Tyler Ehrhardt and Olivia Gordon.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Ann (6 Church St, Hampton, NJ 08827). The inurnment was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint Ann (6 Church St, Hampton, NJ 08827).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Camp Wiyaka or to your respective local municipal police, fire or rescue departments, causes that held special meaning to Vincent and his family.
