He is survived by: his wife Ada Daisy; his children, Jeannette DeJesus (Jose), Andres Rivera and Jimmy Rivera; his sister Iris Vargas; his sibling's children, Edwin Roman, Samuel Roman (Dawn), Jannette Acevedo (David), Yvette Vargas and Rose Marie Vargas; and his grandpup Rocky.

A burial was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arlington Cemetery (1620 Cove Rd, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08110).
